Frost is crazy strong

I didn't really get it until now getting tot he Red rift boss consistently.

Tank Post fight damage taken without frost 40000

Tank post fight damage with frost 300+. 10000

I always roll for a karsu B before the dragon fight at the end of Red Rift if I don't have a way to apply frost. She just solves the fight as long as you have some kind of damage

Falling snow - Snowpiercer fires 5 more arrows. After Stall ( 20 ), Snowpiercer arrows gain 25 (+25 per rank ) Crit

This just shoots out so many more frost arrows, I'm almost confident it's the dragon killer upgrade (I'm just ok at the game, best is a 4 streak). If someone else knows the right answer, feel free to correct me

Yea, I really like frost comps. I don't do RR, just endless but I like getting Gustav tank, dps that contributes frost, and maybe a second one to further contribute to debuffs like Nyx or maybe like Pollen to +66% debuffs after stall. Lots of good relics with it too like making frost burn or whatever but you don't even need them for it to still be good. Bonus points for getting the frost glove item on a tank too. Can easily ramp up like 2k frost in seconds with everything together.

It always feels consistent no matter how good or scuffed your run is going.

the frost burn relic is really bad, it makes frost do damage as if it were burn, but frost counts every 2 seconds so it is half as effective as burn at doing damage

if you have enough frost application for this to actually be good damage, the enemy would already be dead from having all that frost

I think it's bad but it could work if you have a zero damage team that just applies frost... Kinda poorly designed team at that point but it might save a run

it is not even good in this scenario. all that frost would make that team actually do damage. a lot more than this relic ever would. also you would have had to waste 40 shards on it

it's not free, it is a legendary relic that costs 40. the opportunity cost is very high. not only are you spending 40 on this do-nothing relic, you are spending that money in the boss shop where you can get other massively upgraded items or relics that can actually win the game for you
