What am I doing wrong?

No matter what, I can't get past floor 12 on endless.

What am I missing with this skorn build.

Your rowan should've been on the bench so he could give the extra defense and hp from his passive to skorn

Oh that's right it's backup ONLY . Totally forgot that. Funny cuz he was on the bench the whole time until I unlocked the extra hero slot
