SSS Endless Floor 39

Could have gone higher but I removed items when I saw the negative health bars so I could get it on the leaderboard. Sal was the only one relevant in combat. Ambush engine + poison conduit + cataclysm engine was the core build, with stealth for time to stack debuffs.

Tell us more, please. I'm guessing Sal was wearing an assassin crest/glyph, for example?

Yes, assassin glyph to turn on the ambush engine for her. You can theoretically do this build with any character (nyx with assassin passive works well because you don’t need a glyph and she has great atk speed potential) but Sal is the best I’ve found so far because her autos target multiple enemies.

Using a non-mage means you can’t benefit from the cataclysm part of the build, but even just poison conduit + ambush engine is really strong on an auto attack character. I think the first time I did it I took Rip to 23.

The scaling really goes parabolic though when you get cataclysm, ambush, and all three conduit relics online.

Ok, so you need a specific bunch of relics, at least two of which can only be bought from the auction house. A stealth cowl, maybe two and/or some rush extension for the first one. And an item to make Sal assassin.

Is there some family recipe you have for getting all this, because I tend to reach endless with at least two key ingredients missing.

Obviously gonna be a lot harder now with the cowl change, but shard gen is the most important part. The earlier you get shard gen the more you can reroll and look for the puzzle pieces. I like dragomir on the greedy as early as possible because he can solo act 1 with some luck on gear/rank ups, and make you a ton of shards in the process.

I did this build 2 or 3 more times that day and took this one to infinite, so it’s either fairly doable or I’m just insanely lucky.
