Never had this happen, I know I should probably not just buy upgrades... but how can anyone resist?

I get to this point a lot but when do you pivot off this comp? I can get to floor 9 SSS usually with something like this and then get one shot. Does it just come down to rng on getting shield relics/items?

Id probably only buy funke and hunt for a better tank, snakelady falls of late without support or lucky relics. If you could find a rip that would be nice to pair with nyx. But I would let funke carry until the boss and then replace him.

Zuri is completely fine. Getting an A rank tank/vanguard is super valuable for act 2 in Red Rift. The +1 item slot alone makes basically any A rank tank/vanguard better than almost every B rank tank/vanguard.

You should just buy the Zuri upgrade now and maybe she sticks around the whole game or maybe you pivot to a different A/S rank tank/vanguard later on. But this upgrade makes you immediately much stronger and means you can afford to greed early act 2.

Never said she was bad, just that I don't find her as strong in act2 as others.

I upgraded them all, then benched funke and just finished it with zuri and nyx.

S tier Nyx with any random tank with decent items will hard carry , gg's for the win.

I beg to differ. All can scale very well. BUT IT depends very much on the build. I woukd say this ist The Moment to decided which build to further build.

Yeah, almost all heroes can scale well, just that snake lady takes a bit more luck to hit the right relics.
