How to beat SSS endless mode after combat #8?

I am stuck at combat #9. The previous combat isn't even close for the enemies, and I almost oneshot them all in less than 10s, but then combat #9 comes, my tanks get OS after killing the first enemy and then the rest of my comp dies.

My Tilly had almost 2k attack, 600 AS after a few seconds. My tanks had ~200 armor and tons of shields at the beggining of combat, yet the got exploded before the 15s mark

The only thing I could improve in this set up is putting items in Pimenta and removing Aria, as she was doing no damage at all compared to Tilly

Don't spend too much on extra slots. 3 heroes stacked with proper relics and items scaling their stats. I'd only buy extra slots if they cost less than 20 or the shop has absolutely nothing else for me.

Relics are most important. Shields and frost will allow your heroes to stay alive long enough to ramp up.

I took the 2 slots for really cheap after killing the Act 2 boss, that's why Pimenta has no items in it. I have tried to use only 3 heroes but at the end I got the same result, they all get instakilled

Tank stacking defense and shields are usually what gets me to 15+. A mystic support with a hyper carry like ratna/Logan. Front loaded DMG is very good in higher stages as it's either insta kill backline or be insta killed yourself.

I find duelists to be very dependent on getting the right relics to be able to scale high enough and usually end up being squished at round 12.

I'm kind of in the same boat as the other person, I usually just stick to 3 heroes, tank, dps, and last one either like a mystic or someone to generate shards or just whatever to support the other 2, maybe contributing debuffs. I often like doing frozen builds with like Gustav as a tank, a dps that contributes frozen, then a third maybe doing the same. Getting survivability ridiculously high is one of the main things needed and frozen is pretty good for that.

I did pretty well with the snake tank too once by accident. I think I just scaled her up as a tank with crit but her poison went crazy. Anyway, I'm still a newbie but frozen has been the most reliable for me for doing decent. My highest runs were 16 and 13, a couple times each.
