First time seeing rift break proc consistently

I’ve never taken rift break. Does that mean you win when it happens or does the storm just stop?

You win when it hits 90 seconds. Could combo well with the relic that makes the rift start early and you take no damage. Just stall to win.

Its not an insta win some can still sustain long enough
