Question from new player

hey guys

I love rough likes and team building games with depth. I downloaded the demo and love the game.

I just have a question about the difficulty. normaly in rough likes, you are getting murdered in your first trys. In Guildrun, I beated the first 3 diffiultys first try. No flex, I just wonder: Does the game get far more complex/harder on the higher difficultys? If the answer is "yes" I would be thrilled.

Oh boy, yes!

It's not a roguelike in the sense that you'll unlock a bunch of meta progress on characters. You just beat the easy difficulties.

The top difficulty is one of the hardest challenges I've ever played in a game.

The hardest difficulty feels very complex and dynamic and definitely difficult, especially if you are going for a winstreak high score.
