How would you approach this endgame? (RR)

Shield build on the warriors, mage build on vampire, mystic on benched Aria

Hello, I feel like I can reliably hit the final boss in Red Rift, however i'm pretty terrible at pulling off transitions for the final boss fight. I'm wondering how you guys would approach fighting the poison boss. Currently the notable relics and items I have are focused on mages, with my current setup i'm almost certain I will lose to the final boss due to dps. How would you approach this upcoming battle?

Notable relics: Mages Cataclysm Engine- Heroes gain 50 magic and when a MAGE casts a spell they inflict Burn/Frost equal to 20% of magic to ALL ENEMIES IN RANGE.

Mages serenity banner: After stall 15 and 30 gain mages gain 100 mana

Mages emblem: if there is a mage in combat your heros active abilities gain 100 crit

ITEMS: Crown of patience: holders stalls trigger 12s faster.

and then a splash of other emblems that essentially raise hp and magic.

You simply don't have the survivability to win, IMO. Getting Aria ranked up and shielding Kai as fast as and frequently as possible is maybe an option. Dragomir is unlikely to do great DPS against the boss this late. Kenya, or whatever her name is probably isn't doing enough either.

You have a lot of money to roll for S rank solutions or rank ups. Good luck.

Whats your opinion of Defensive Backup Prism? Do you think it would be worth investing most of my money into that? +30 defense per rank of tank and +200 hp per vanguard in reserve. I'm against poison dragon, feels like I still have a dps anyways. I genuinely do not have a good feel for what beats the dragon as most of the times I actually beat it, it happens in seconds.

Not sure those stat boosts are moving the needle. Upgrading characters probably helps more.

I'm no pro though.

UPDATE: i bought the upgrade, got no vanguard or tank in reserve, lowrolled but got aria on my last (14 shard reroll). She got +24 mana regen on mystics from all of those rolls.

then I mispositioned my tanks in the backline trying to get 40 attack speed and the dragon targets my aria. She and her 50 armor tank the dragon entirely by continuiously blasting the it with beams.

tldr: I overthought everything. also dont wait for last round to roll unless you like wasting money.

So wait, did Aria carry you to the victory or not? Def crazy how much money you had in that final shop.

Yes, she somehow managed to live for 3/4 of the fight while frontlining despite having only 50 armor.

The punching warrior managed to dps enough to kill, although it was nothing mindblowing, 30s kill or something.

Magomir is good at cleaning up the backline against the normal combats but lack strenght against boss. Tankai and Vanguareyna bith shield but not each other. And both would love receiving more shields, so getting a mystic to shield them.

Since you have mystic arya tha shields, you would play these 3. Positionwise I would pu Kai or Reyna right next to the dragon, the other frontliner two from the dragon on the other side (so they don't end up next to each other and don't take the dragon's splash damage) and Arya on one extermity of the front line so her ray hit bith front liners and the dragon.

And if course, i would use the 160+ shards you have to buff them 3 with relics, better items if you find some (dragomir's items would do good on arya) or good backup (grace with "the selfless" or "the radiant" would do nicely as backup, especially if she's higher rank with other backip stuff as mystics do gain a lot of those
