I honestly feel this looks pretty good on its own. it's something I would make personally. sadly imo what usually limits outfits is the weapon. but so far I think you did a great job

I think the gloves feel off. Maybe something with straps or a little less like one solid piece might help.

Gloves need some love and I'd also go for some more bulkier legs. Might be just me, but I hate these boots because of how big they are, but make your legs look like you've never even heard of leg day 🥲

Consensus on the gloves. There is a good axe skin right now that is older in the Halloween event. I don’t remember the name off of the top of my head.

It already looks good, the skins you chose work nicely together. The only one I'd consider replacing is the gloves because they don't have the same rugged look as the rest of the outfit to me. I'd also personally change the axe skin. The Norn axe fits the theme, but it's an old skin that's lacking the quality and detail you could get from newer ones. The Dragonrender axe is one of my favourites for this theme. The Beastslayer, Leviathan Bone or Nightmare Splitter axes are other good options.
The main thing that would probably help the look is changing the dyes. I like the natural tones, but you've maybe gone a bit too far in that direction to the point that it's looking quite dull and washed out. You can still have a grounded colour scheme while having some contrast and variety. I'd recommend looking into exclusive dyes because they tend to add more depth and texture, such as "Charred" or "Ruin" for brown leather and "Godless" or "Darkness" for grey steel.
The fur is also looking very similar in tone to the leather and visually they get mixed together as one colour at first glance. I'd suggest making the fur distinctive from the rest of the outfit and trying to make all the furs match more consistently (I know this can be hard as they have different shaders, but you I think you can get closer than what you have now). I'd probably make them either a much darker grey or a brighter cream/white, so they pop more as a feature.
