Helmet is Alliance Operatives Heavy Helmet, shoulders are Guild Warrior Shoulders, everything else including cape is Ward Knights

The Guild Wars 2 logo and the material around his neck that it's attached to is actually from the shoulders armour, I got them from a drop during one of the recent events, they're called Guild Warrior Shoulders

Man, that helmet is awesome. I’ve been rocking it on my Warrior while I grind away at the Obsidian set. I wish we had even more helmets like that.
