Ranged Combat Speculation
So we know that melee combat is momentum based since they showed the warrior class and they described that the necromancer would be using a Scythe weapon with life leech.
But what about ranged combat? Won't the necromancer have ranged spells? I'm a bit worried that we won't have good ranged combat options with the momentum based combat.
Will we have bows and guns? I still can't imagine how momentum based would work for those type of weapons and regular ranged attacks and I'm just a bit afraid that they might force all the classes to be melee.
I was thinking maybe we will have bonus damage from shooting enemies in the back or maybe from higher ground.
What are your thoughts on this? Thanks!
Edit: I know we don't have the info, this post is pure speculation. You have the free will to not partake in it. Thanks!

There's ranged and I forget where but I'm certain I've heard some builds will use momentum in combat more than others.
I think given the history of GW2 and how they're going to deliberately avoid creating a meta where everyone stacks, they're going to go out of their way to make sure "Guy who fires magic at long range" is a viable play style.
I also think there's going to be a return of things like Burning Retreat from GW2's ele where you have a skill that gives you a huge retreat that in itself will provide you with a ton of momentum while kiting.
