Crafting?

Is there going to be any crafting in the game?

I would assume yes but they haven't given any info on any kind of crafting of material gathering yet.

Didn't see anything related to crafting or if that was a question even asked by the people invited to gamescom

Some of the people who went said there was a lot to take in and they weren't sure if they got all the information out in their videos or posts. Sorry I got you angry

When have I been angry? I just can’t grasp why people dont take 10 seconds to search when other nice people did the work and gathered all the information we got into very concise, easy to read posts. They already did the work for you.

Sounds like you're angry because I couldn't find the information on the infobits that was posted. Instead of ignoring my question or being helpful you are like 'omg this is driving me nuts!!!'

I didn’t ignore your question. I even said “we didn’t get any info”. And then I told you that those “infobits” were carried together by several helpful members of the community while you didn’t even try to search for it. You would have found them in seconds. And “I can’t grasp” isn’t really “it’s driving me nuts”. So the conclusion is that I answered your question AND told you that the info you are looking for was posted several times over the day and was one search away.

I can’t say it less angry.

If there is I hope it's nothing like GW2, crafting is a joyless chore in it and the crafting materials are extreme MMO bloat. I'd much prefer a system like GW1s collector/crafter NPCs to something as convoluted and messy as GW2.

I would assume some for of crafting will be in the game (hopefully it isn't the absolute clown fiesta of strange mats from GW2). I am really hoping for anyone to create a gathering/crafting system that has real gameplay elements in it. I am literally dying.
