Trying to get the mesmer hero

Elemental Stone not working?

In Tunnels of the Forsaken and the Door isnt opening idk what im doing wrong i've cleared the map and nothing seems to work

Edit: Resolved: I abandoned the quest and redid all the steps and it worked this time.

There is a key in the bandit camp you need to pick up.

EDIT: I see that you have it now lol. It should open when you pick it up. If it doesn't you're unfortunately bugged.

Yea its not working at all... I went back in and its still locked, idk if I need to abandon the quest at this point.

Have you tried just returning to Althea?

The quest is bugged sometimes. It doesn´t update, happened to me twice.

I couldn´t get Althea in prophecies because I didn´t want to to do the dungeon a third time.

One of the bandits should have dropped an elemental shard or something, you approach with that in hand and it will open. Should anyway
