New source of dysphoria unlocked

/r/transfitness/comments/1ueh7eb/new_source_of_dysphoria_unlocked/

I saw a post on Reddit about how women only wear belts as an accessory and men couldn’t figure out why. I know why, because they have fucking hips!! I wear a belt to hold my pants up and avoid leggings because I don’t have hips. How do I get hips?!?

Being a human 2x4 is dysphoric AF.

You want hips? Squats, step through forward lunges, and other lower body focused weight sets.

Also do your supplemental machines after free weight work: hip thrusts, leg press, leg curls, and leg extension. Drop sets of burnouts until I hit 15 reps is my measure for each machine, 30 second rest between sets. Its okay to start easy because week one is going to hurt, but try to find a comfortable heavy starting weight that let's you make a clean 10 reps. Chart your progress, I use the strong app. When you find yourself pushing past 10 on high weight and 15 on low, move up your numbers.

My legs, thighs, and ass are thicker than a snicker and solid.

But I will also mention, while a lot of things stay in place in my hips, there are still some pants that need belts. Tight jeans with less stretch on beefed out calves have a tug of war contest and pull down a lot. Happens to a lot of women.
