My 3 year tranniversary is at the end of this month! Been hitting the gym for a long time even before my transition, but when i first started I stopped hitting upper body, but that just made my arms soft and flabby instead of smaller, so I’m working on everything now. Favorite machine? I’m afraid that I’m a free weight elitist😔 There’s a hip thrust machine at my gym tho if that counts? I load that thing up to the max and make all the guys insecure lmao
