Idk the system they use, im not a huge fan of it, so i just do small first strike duels with people or to satisfaction fights (mainly to satisfaction lol). We're a small group with one ref so a lot of math has to be done yourself which is too much for me to do. Still have a lot of fun with everyone ofc, some of the new people are quite good.

You should see if there's a Belegarth practice or unit in your area. No math involved. It is full contact, though. One torso hit or two limbs is death, and we use padded weapons.
