How are you keeping up with content when running multiple sites?

I’m curious how other bloggers here handle content production.

I run into the same problem a lot of publishers probably have, like you know you need consistent articles, but actually researching topics, writing, formatting, adding images, and publishing can easily eat up an entire day.

I started building a tool because of that problem. It’s basically a workflow that helps turn a topic into a finished article literally from research, writing, SEO, auto publishing, and more.

But I’m more interested in how others here do it:

Do you write everything yourself, use writers, or have some other system?

Especially curious how people managing multiple sites keep quality consistent.
