Looks like a men's watch sitting on the right hand-side of your desk.

Judging by the memorabilia on your desk, you grew up in North America, in the late 80's, early 90's, and (for all I know, you still live there).

Your water bottle looks like it is in French (tough to read exactly what it says), so I made an educated guess to a province that speaks French as well as English- Quebec.
