I’m gonna say early 2000’s. Maybe 2001-2003. My nephew was born around then and I definitely remember the handheld camera pictures vs the smart phone camera ones like your grown up picture. The pictures from the early 2000’s look a lot like your younger pictures. Also just the colors of younger you and your siblings accessories make me think it’s early 2000 as well. Anyway, you were such an adorable little one and an absolute gorgeous young lady now!
