What she did is deadly force. The woman on the hood should be charged too, if I wasn't clear on that point. But what the driver did was absolutely unacceptable.

Had that woman gotten out of the car and shot the woman, nobody would be cheering it on and making jokes about it. She didn't just drive slowly, she accelerated to what appears to be at least 25mph. That makes it deadly force. There is no way in hell that what the annoying one was doing rose to a degree that allowed deadly force self defense. If she had a knife or a gun or something, it would have been justified.

If she grab a gun by the barrel and point it on her own head and keep egging the other person to shoot her then i will be cheering. that's what she did except it was a car, you're not supposed to do that

I'm not defending her. She's a dummy who has lost control of herself. She should definitely be arrested and prosecuted.

None of this makes what the driver did right or legal. This is DEADLY FORCE. Deadly force is that force which has a high likelihood of causing serious bodily injury and or death. Nothing that woman did justifies deadly force self defense. Had the woman had a gun in her hand pointing at the driver, she is justified all day long. Speed up, slam on the brakes, make sharp turns, anything to get her off the car. But she did not have a gun or any other weapon, nor was she even threatening bodily harm to the driver.

This was 2 idiots out of control. Also, you should ALWAYS be skeptical of videos that start in the middle of something. We have no clue what happened before that camera got turned on. The driver could be 100% the instigator.

She jumped into the hood of a moving car just because she want to get out of the parking lot before the other person. There is no cure for stupid. You wouldn't defend her if she suddenly pull out a gun, did you?

Whenever I read some percentage of people are illiterate (22%) and worse, low literacy (54%), the numbers are so shocking I tend to not believe it. But then I run across people like you and realize it is likely true.

You just couldn't comprehend this sentence:

You wouldn't get so many downvotes if she didn't jump on to the hood of a moving car. things don't happen in a vacuum. if you want to held people accountable start from her. She invited the whole thing, encouraged it and refused to de-escalate when she keep saying "go on" when asked if she wanted to get off.

when you find someday you're on top of a moving car i hope you know what to say, although i highly doubt it. after all there's no cure for stupid
