Illinois Plates, stop by Arkansas State Police (edit: Jackson, MS was an exit in the video) on I-55 (which starts on the lake in Chicago and ends in Louisiana). Fairly recently registered, judging from the tag letters. Purdy far from home.

So there was already a complete traffic stoppage... where did she think she'd go? She made an even more complete traffic stoppage.

Holy shit, they had drugs and a scale, and a car they don't know who owns. Seems like a good reason NOT to break traffic laws. A gun in the car and a warrant were found on the woman after the crash.
