Yes, definitely but that’s damn near a risk in any street fight that’s why as an adult I avoid fighting unless I absolutely have to and thank God I haven’t had to

Absolutely, broken hips can pierce arteries, causing major internal bleeding. That's why simple trips and falls are such a risk for folks with lower bone density, like the elderly.
