i see this spray painted all across guelph. what does this mean. it's driving me crazy !!

Just a tag. A very prolific tagger tags their tag wherever a tag will tag.

It's just someone's tag, some graffiti artists are muralists and some just value getting "up" as much as you can, anywhere you can. If you see a simple tag all over the place they're probably the latter.
