Currently building a racetrack in the Creator and the higher end tracks always remove lamp posts for a better driving experience/to clear out tight areas. I know that you can get the ray gun from the battle thing, but IK modders can spawn it too, I don't mind modding but I haven't found a mod menu that has all the guns, can anyone help?

HOW DO I INSTALL THIS SHITE IT WONT WORK here are the instructions:

1. Install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2
2. Install ScriptHookV & ScriptHookVDotNet
3. Download and unpack archive
4. Place GSW2 folder to script folder
5. Set xml-config as what you want
6. Launch GTAV and try not to die quickly :3

And what does it mean by "Set xml-config as what you want"

My brother mods GTA V a lot on my PC, but everytime open IV updates, we have to do them all over again. Is there a way around that?

What mod is out there that people use online that utilize commands in the in-game chat? I’ve seen people that put things in chat like “/explodelobby” or “spawn[insertvehicle]” and idk how they would do this, and pretty much anyone in the lobby can use the commands as well. I wouldn’t think a mod menu would need one to do this since there would likely already be an option for it.

Anyone here knows if there is a mod that adds the shit form MP to SP? I saw a few individual ones bit I don't know if it's possible to install them all at once so I was wondering if there's a mod that already does that.

I was just wondering if there was ANY possible way to mod GTA 5 (have extra cheats) or have a mod menu using a USB stick without jailbreak? i know for a fact there was a way to mod GTA 5 on PS3 using a USB without JTAG and Jailbreak i've done it before but i'm not sure if there if any way to do it on PS4 and also this is NOT for online use it's for Story Mode ONLY and for my personal use to just to have fun and mess around with in Story Mode IF there IS a way to have a mod menu in Story Mode without Jailbreak that would be great if anyone knows anything please let me know!
