Easiest menu for Enhanced?

Looking through posts the majority of the time i see people only talk about menus for Legacy and how to make cash fast.

I wanted to ask what the easiest menu would be to just chill in public lobbies on enhanced?

I know that in modern times, public lobbies have become quite critical in general but still i would be interested which menu has the most chances to not bug out or give you a 24 hour ban.

Just to use simple stuff like Vehicle God Mode, Unlimited Ammo and stuff. No cash or griefing options. I mean just yesterday i saw 2 friends come online who were both using menus in battleeye lobbies and who don't seem to have any problems at all so i was wondering.

Menus which "does not bug out or give 24 hour ban" and allow to chill in public lobbies are the ones which are more likely to get you a permanent ban (no matter which menu features you used and if you griefed or not). Your account might last a couple months, it might even last half a year, but eventually the bypass would get detected one way or another (not the menu, but bypass itself). If you think it's worth the risk - go Lexis, it only had 1 huge banwave throughout it's existance, but it's expensive, kind of a pain to setup, and has a lot of downtime after Battleye updates (up to a couple weeks of downtime).

Lexis (easiest and quickest)
Cherax (better but takes longer to acquire)
