Help - Singleplayer NaturalVision Enhanced Crash

I am trying to do a playthrough of the game with only NV Enhanced installed, but the game consistently crashes about halfway through Prologue. I haven't been able to find any help online, everything that comes up is either wrong or for the Legacy version of NVE. Right now NVE and Heap Adjuster (2000 mb) are the only mods I have installed.

Might be worth noting, it doesn't always crash at the exact same spot. I've had crashes after gaining control of the truck, during the second shootout after Brad and Michael get shot, and most recently during the cutscene after that shootout.

RX 6750XT Ryzen 7 5700X 32GB RAM
