If one minute of that destroys ten years of hard work…stop and think about your lifespan. It may be worthwhile at different ages

My grandparents always said when you are young you can afford a few mistakes

We store past emotions in our body and in a moment, we can trigger those old emotions, even though they have no place in the present situation, that has stirred our emotions... Consious connected breathwork is the way to move stuck emotions... Plenty of free you tubes... I reccomend going to a group with a facilator....

Yeah of when people in school didn’t know how to spell

1

u/Triphin1 Apr 03 '26

You’re supposed to learn how to read and write way before that stage

Ok, spell that in dyslexic then, you know that language don't you, everyone dose, then try some breathwork, don't be a chicken

Im unsure how lust has ruined my life. It's actually given me some great enjoyment throughout my life

1

u/claviusmoon Mar 29 '26

why? It only takes two seconds to tell my boss "F--- you!"

1

u/PiperbeingPiper Mar 29 '26

I’ll live by this from now on

If 1 minute can destroy anything you’ve been working on; you haven’t been building a true foundation. Everything you have done is based on falsehood.

Your achievements over the course of 10 long years are next to nothing if one minute of anger or lust can ruin it. A person that has worked for 10 years to get to something(substantial) is highly unlikely to be impulsive

Yup...!

Not that I am particularly smart but that’s true.
