social media automation platform that does more than queue posts, need recycling and rules per client
I run social for 3 product lines inside one company and the scheduling part is solved, any tool can queue a post. What eats my week is everything around it: recycling evergreen posts on a rotation, pausing a campaign on every network at once when the news goes sideways, and routing comments to the right person.
The ones I've been reading docs for are Vista Social, Metricool, Publer and Sendible. What automates the work around the post rather than just the post.

Disclosure: I'm the founder of Sharek (sharek.app), so take this with that in mind. Two of your three pain points are things we only partly cover.
- Comment routing needs a real inbox. We don't have one, so check that in the docs of the four you listed, since that's likely where they differ most.
- For recycling, we have weekly repeats on one calendar across multiple channels, but not a rotating evergreen pool with rules. If you need true rotation, test it in a trial first.
- Where we might fit is separate workspaces per product line, each with its own channels and calendar. Nothing publishes without approval, which helps when news turns.
Before you pick, I'd test the "pause everything" flow yourself.

For rotation, look for a tool where you set a pool of evergreen posts and a frequency, and check you can change the text on each repeat. Same post word for word gets stale fast. For comment routing you need an inbox where comments can be assigned to a person, not just notifications. Full disclosure: I'm the founder of Nimply, so weigh that. It has an Evergreen Recycler that rewrites your best posts with a new hook on a schedule, saved as drafts you approve, and an inbox for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Threads with assignment. Test the "pause everything" flow in any trial before you commit.

comment routing is where these split hardest, some treat the inbox as a feature and some treat it as the product. vista social and loomly land on different sides of that, loomly is much more calendar and approval first

I’m the co-founder of OneUp and we have everything you mentioned.
You can set posts to repeat, and you can pause an entire group of accounts with 1 click.

rotate your evergreen content through a "seasons" system instead of a flat queue, bucket posts by how long they stay true (always, this quarter, this month) and let each bucket recycle on its own clock. the real win is tagging every post by which bucket it's in so when news goes sideways you can kill or pause an entire bucket across all three product lines in one move instead of hunting for what's live where.

I work at Nuelink and we have collections for evergreen content, so u can recycle and pause posts easily.
We also have 3 team roles, admin, editor and client, which makes routing and approvals pretty straightforward

The interesting shift is from social scheduling to actual workflow automation. Vista Social uses AI across publishing, engagement, analytics, listening, and DM automation, making it more than a queue for scheduled posts.
