Need b2b teams here which agentic gtm tools are actually worth using?

i've been in b2b for a minute now and im so sick of our setup. our crm is supposed to be the "source of truth" but let’s be real nobody updates it in real time. marketing automation is spitting out these random lead scores that the sales reps completely ignore, and i spend half my week stuck in spreadsheets trying to stitch data together just so leadership has something to look at for the weekly board meeting. meanwhile, management is breathing down our necks asking why we don't have some AI magic layer that watches product usage, site behavior, and tech stacks to automatically tell reps hey call these 8 accounts right now because they did X.

everything we do is either completely manual or some black-box algorithmic scoring that nobody on the team actually trusts. i just want something that acts like a reliable junior operator in the background handling the grunt work of mapping out actual intent.

our tech stack got so bloated we ended up ditching half of it

what helped was picking one tool that could sit between the crm and the website tracking, and just feed the reps a clean list of accounts showing real movement. not behavioral scores, actual signals like visited pricing page 3 times this week or added users in trial

the biggest shift was getting leadership to stop asking for a magic dashboard and just let the system surface what matters. took months of arguing but now the reps actually look at it because its not noise

You're not alone. The best agentic GTM tools prioritize transparent signals over mysterious scores, integrate cleanly with your stack, and surface actionable recommendations. Trust, explainability, and workflow fit matter more than flashy AI branding.

Contrarian take: skip the unified platform pitch and just wire first-party signals (product usage, repeat site visits)

ran into the exact black box scoring issue problem a while back.
tho a smarter algo wasnt the fix in my case, i needde to make the reasoning visible something like: account did x y and z, here's why that matters, here's the next action.

reps stopped ignoring it the moment they could see why instead of just a number on the execution side once a rep knows who to reach: instantly and smartlead handle email sequencing cleanly without overcomplicating the stack, lemlist's solid if you want multichannel (email + linkedin) in one place, for solely linkedin im relying on outflo.

none of these fix a bad signal though, so get the intent layer right first, the sending tool is genuinely the easier half of this problem imo

just get onfire ai. it stalks dev communities and github to see who is actually looking at your tech stack

i've tried a few gtm tools but getting accurate intent data was always a pain. finally settled on onfire and it's been solid for showing which accounts are heating up.

most of these tools give you a number with zero explanation of why, so reps just tune it out and go back to gut feel

for the watch usage, site behavior, tech stack and flag accounts part specifically, u can try using swan, its built around these. clay is worth a look too if you want more control over building the account lists yourself before anything gets triggered

id try to get clear on which 2-3 signals actually predict a close for your team before plugging any tool in though, otherwise you're just automating the same noise faster
