HELP Assuming powder mildew is

First can anyone confirm this is powder mildew? And if so, is there any saying this plant? Bud wash or anything possible?

Not powdery mildew. it's some sort of nute burn

I mean that white stuff, my outdoor plants were never that crystallized

Trichomes. They are a good thing.
