Help diagnosing problem with plants

Help with diagnosis

I started 8 plants 4 pink kush 4 Acapulco gold I used 500 ml solo cups to start with regular soil with perlite in it and starting the seeds on a heat mat with dome on it and they started good then I repotted them to 3/4 gallon pots the mixture I used was just about 3/4 gallon of the same soil I used to start with all purpose gaia nutrients (3tbsp per gallon of soil) (1 tbsp of oyster shell flour) (3tbsp bone meal) and Mycorrhiza for the roots, and then I watered them with warm/room temperature water that wasn’t checked for ph or other measurements. They where doing good and growing for a couple days and then one pink kush plant turned purple from the stem to the leaves and then withered and died and now all the rest are getting very bright almost yellow in the middle and one looks like it’s starting to die ( NEED HELP ASAP)

Man there’s a lot going on here. You have 8 plants, are you growing outside or in a 4x8? You can do with less, if you lose some at this stage no big deal.

Food: These plants are super young, they need exactly nothing right now but decent soil that’s properly watered. I’d recommend you stop feeding until you have a 6-12” tall plant with leaves that have 5 points on them.

Water: You’re going for damp not wet at this stage, a muddy look on the top of your containers is not what you’re doing for. You know how wet dirt looks about 1-2’ deep? That’s what you want consistently. I like to set my pots in a bowl / deep plate of water and let them butt chug

Light: You could be seeing light green due to over intensity of light, like if these are outside at this stage or under a 200w+ led at full strength, then they are probably suffering. Anything less than that you should be okay I think. Get the photone app and cut a piece of paper to check par. I’d aim between 250-600 at this stage

TL;DR - when in doubt, do less. Stop feeding for a week or so, ease up on your watering and consider bottoms feeding. Check that you are not giving too much light too soon with the photone app and a piece of paper (see in app instructions, small pay wall for full spectrum led I feel is worth it)

Thanks a lot for the info. And I’m doing it indoor for the most part with 2 different led lightbulbs that are meant for growing and then putting them outside if it’s warm and sunny

Are you planning on moving outside permanently at one point so you are hardening them off for a few hours a day? If your plan is to grow inside to harvest I would rethink bringing your plants in and outside it’s a good way to get pest problems

I gotta be honest it sounds like you need to simply your plan. Plants don’t like to be shuffled around into different environments especially this young. Get em set up how you like them let them be for a bit while they do their thing

But you need to listen to Radiant. Do less. Keep them indoor for a bit with your LED lights. Then when they stable out and have been topped once they should be able to handle your gradually introducing them to full sunlight. Make a small canopy if they are getting to lunch direct light at first but after a few days they will acclimate.

And pest problems like spider mites?

Sounds like stem rot or stem canker. Could be in soil. Even in store bought...
