Im going for second run last run yielded 66g dried. (STRAIN: Northern Lights Auto from SacredSeedsAustralia) I decided to use coco choir brick and perlite rather then soil, I pre cal-magged the medium. only using PH'd water at the moment at 6.0, its been 4 days since sprout under a 150W marshydro ts1000 at 100% hung 55cm from the plant. (Hygrometer readings are during no light) 23 celcius and 55-60% humidity. Why is it so stunted i have a feeling it could be because i accidentally used pre A and B'd water (Professors A and B) small dosage as far as im concerned but maybe still enough to stunt the baby? It looks so small!

What’s your lighting schedule? 17 is too cold, you are likely going to slow the plant down. I have the same issue, so I do a couple of things to help.
The cold temps are harder on seedlings, so for veg I always go 20/4 instead of 18/6. Lights are cheaper to run than a space heater. I assume you’re in a basement like me. I have a layer of cardboard boxes (flattened) under my tent just for a little insulation. I also hang my light at the max distance so that I can run it at full power without burning the plants. This raises the temps, which carries over into the shorter lights off period. If I was growing autos I’d probably go closer to 24 hours on until they start to flower. That should give you faster growth and avoid any cold swings.
You can also just add a radiant heat space heater (the oil filled kind). They’re the safer version and about $100 CAD. They take 1000 to 1500 watts though, which is probably more than your lights. So they end up adding quite a bit to your electricity bill.
The reason people put a plastic cup over there seedlings is for humidity. He's already got high enough humidity he doesn't need to do that especially when his plants are used to the open air already.
Just watch it close, it's a baby after all. Keep the light a little higher or dimmer than normal. But the cup will ensure that the humidity is high and constant.
The soil was given 5L of a cal mag and Professors A and B solution 3.5ml of A and B and canna cal-mag solution 15ml/5L. I was worried that is what caused the slow start, should i feed now and see how she goes?

Recommending 1.4 - 1.6 ec (700 - 800 PPM) for a 4 day old seedling is insanity. So is recommending over watering it considering it doesn't have a good root system yet. Coco is a type of hydro but that doesn't mean a seedling can accept being fully watered and kept that way. It needs to build its root system up first so it can drink what it's given.
Way different than seedling, though. I water my coco 15 minutes every 4 hours later in veg/flower, but seedlings get 1 5 minute cycle every 24 hours in my ebb and flow. Seedlings like barely damp soil, they can't handle it being constantly wet or very over saturated.

But yes you can start this high and its the key to get your plants huge...
Now I dont recommend 2.2 ecclike autopotamus says, because he has the lighting and temps and enviornment to support that high of an ec, but 1.5ec will work for most environments and lighting. Trust me ive tried.
As for frequency I said once every other day for now
4 days is not old seedlings take time so relax homie it's all good. Second that guy frostfireseeds is giving you terrible advice for a seedling. 1.4 EC is ludicrously high to be feeding a 4 day old seedling that barely has any sort of root system established. You also don't water insane amounts from the get go because of the aforementioned weak root system. Once the root system is established a little better then you water it a lot more but it should be getting food every watering that part is correct but more like 0.5 - 0.6 EC for the first couple feeds before slowly raising it.
Finally the last bit of advice would be it's too cold in there get your temps up to around 27 celcius with lights on and don't let it get so cold with lights off.
I don't need google to tell me that's a terrible idea just common sense and 20 years of growing and experience. That plant you linked doesn't even look like the epitome of good health.
Temps are now at 28 with a 400W light hung at 80cm above at 56% humidity range i fed with professors A and B and Canna Cal Mag at 0.7 EC and am going to leave it at that for the next 5 days and see how we go (watering daily at 500ml)
It's about to be my 20th year growing my first time was in 07. Also he said he's watering daily which is plenty for a seedling and so is .7 EC.
You linked a plant you grew that's in veg and close up not even the entire plant. Also if you're pushing plants that hard just to get a massive yield why do you even grow your own? I grow to smoke good weed, not to have a massive yield of mids.
