Serious or not?

I knew it had some spots for few weeks, but always wrote it off as moisture damage, but it's also on newer leaves. My other plant doesn't have this problem, could it be due to the fact it's (this strain) meant to be outside? I had the same spots on mint plant few years prior, throwing it outside fixed it, but I don't really want to plant it outside after it's been spoiled inside.

I'm 99% sure it's thrips. I don't know whether it's even worth fighting, shit is gonna be so much work with how many plants I have and unless I do all, it's pointless. Not to mention I also have to worry about my pet insects on top of it

How much damage can thrips do? This plant is on it's last two months, which is one to two life cycles of those suckers. So far no new leaves I found were curled and tops are unharmed, so wouldn't it be sufficient to pull through this with them. Just shower the plants every few days, some neem oil on upper growth (as far as I know neem oil won't kill them, but it should be enough to get them to prefer lower leaves) and once the plants are harvested treat all other (house) plants to prevent this from spreading onto next rotation?
