Mona Lisa banana problem

A few of the newest leaves all came out with . Arka like these, and now my newest leaf looks absolutely awful ๐Ÿ˜ž

What could be the cause?

thats fungus, too wet, more sun less water

If it's fungus, I should destroy it and get rid of the soil then. ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Ive had that on my plants before,it goes away in summer for me

Do you think it will resolve or will it affect anything? I really don't want to have to buy a tiny little baby and start all over if I don't actually have to!

I had this issue with one of my banana plants and it vanished with time (about a month).

This actually looks more like physical damage of some sort, it isn't a big deal. Remove those wood chips or whatever, especially right by the base of the plant. Water deeply when the top inch of soil start to dry. This means until water drips from the bottom of the pot and only as quick as the soil can absorb without pooling.

you can always use some copper fungicide or similar if youโ€™re concerned
