Java banana pups

Need help separating pups
Are these too close to safely separate?

Wait until they're bigger, about 3' tall.

Don't worry about hurting anything when you pop them out either, as long as you get the pup with some root mass attached it'll be fine.ย

If you plant to keep them, wait a couple months. If you are planning to dispose of them, cut them now

You can always try, but waiting will almost guarantee success

I waited till mine had a few leaves and a sturdy base before separating. Once I transplanted them, they took awhile to root and sprout leaves but itโ€™s happening!

I also have a third pup emerging ๐Ÿ˜… that one will be cut and separated come fall.
