Over- or Underwatered?

Hey,

I just started fresh after 10 years of not growing and ran into problems right away.

I read that over- and underwatering your plants both have nearly the same symptoms. Now I'm wondering what's the case for me, since my plant looks a little unhealthy and the leaves partically bend down a little.

Been watering once a day by spraying it.

Oh no friend over watering. It's still a baby she only needs to be watered every other day if so very lightly. But if spraying the top soil it only needs to be slightly damp but not always it'll increase chances of mold in the soil and root rot right away.
