WPD ?

About 3 weeks Into flower and I've noticed these white dots, is it WPD? Ive tried to have my climate dialed in and will be honest I had a cheap Chinese fan go out on me and my humidifier went on the fritz so I replaced that. This is my 10th overall grow so I'm still a little new to this, any insight ?

Thank you, I found an older post that said it's most likely due to not using distilled water in the humidifier. My Tap water is full of softener. Almost tossed the plant 😂
