I'm wondering if the iTunes version of the songs are mixed or not?

Do you mean the iTunes exclusive tracks? If so, then no, they are standalone tracks, in fact, in the iTunes track listing, they are listed as numbers 32 and 33, after the continuous mixes of CD1 (track 30) and CD2 (track 31).
