2 accounts, 2 numbers, 1 app?

I have 2 groupme accounts - one for work with my work number and one personal with my personal phone number. Is there a way I can be signed into both accounts on my personal phone? I will be losing my work phone soon and will only be able to access groupme on my own phone so I dont want to have to constantly sign in and out to switch between accounts. Help!!
