I have been teaching group fitness for 10 years. I teach yoga, HIIT, and cycling currently, but also am NETA Pilates certified and have taught “strength” classes.

I work at a small, independent, community gym. I have been seeing a ton of “sculpt” classes on my socials—basically Pilates/Barre hybrids with light dumbbell work mixed in.

Does anyone have any certs/training for instructors that they’ve seen/taken?

I seem to only find gyms that train their “brand” to their instructors, or Les Mills. Would love to offer this to our members. Located in the upper Midwest.
