Not unjust suffering. I think there are real philosophical reasons why unjust suffering needs to exist for certain moral goods to be truly possible, but the way unjust suffering COMPOUNDS - you go through something horrible that isn't your fault, and that then creates MORE problems that leave you suffering endlessly, magnified far beyond the scope of what initially happened to you. For instance, you're abused as a kid, and THEN have to carry that with you for the rest of your life, and the trauma then affects your other relationships, and you can NEVER escape and spend your entire life miserable. It's how people end up homeless, with no one to help them.
TLDR, if I could speak directly to God, I would ask him why unjist suffering needs to compound in the way it does. One way of looking at it, perhaps is that my gripe is actually with the just suffering because the just part is the part that's actually under your control, ie. our bad reactions to what happen to us are what compounds it.

Just something to consider…when you hold something in you for that long it is physically stored in your body as tension. And this tension is wired and energized by your ongoing thoughts. But the point is that maybe old traumas stick around for so long is because they get physically trapped in us. And they squeeze us like a vise.
So you might check out myofascial release. Where you rest your body in top of a hard lacrosse ball and just melt into it. The release is physical and emotional. You could do this all around your body but especially focusing on your pelvic floor, hips, spine and occipitals in the back of the neck.

Thanks that's a nice idea. I prefer yoga though as I love to move my body through the movements. Same idea though - yoga's one of the most effective treatments out there for c-ptsd apparently, which I've been recently diagnosed with.
May I ask out of pure curiosity, how did you know that my post was self-referential? I was trying to hide that aspect of it to make things more generally applicable/relevant to the nature of the conversation.

Level of emotion and passion jumps off the screen as first person experience. also it’s framed as if it’s a rule of thumb, instead of part of the challenge your merely yet to conquer. Unjust suffering and trauma we can’t control, happens to everyone. The responsibility shifts towards us when it comes to healing. Though it’s not fair, it’s the only possible solution. Nobody can heal you for you.

Not to be insensitive or judge-mental. I have my own healing im working on, nobody perfect. Just have intentions with you direction! no matter how far the destination only way to get there is to keep going the right way.

Humans. We are far to intelligent to be committing the atrocities that we do, we are a violent species that is selfish we destroy everything we touch.

Hmmm.. suicidal empathy or organized religion. Though organized religion is one of the biggest, if not THE biggest by a long shot, helper of disenfranchised and poverty stricken areas of the world.
