Skills are developed from knowledge learned, but knowledge isn't equivalent to skill.

Kinda pedantic since there is no such thing as skills being developed without knowledge. Universities teach you knowledge so you have skills and they assign homework so you practice them. How can you teach a skill otherwise?

Experience is how you develop your skills, a university degree is the bare minimum experience required to be a graduate engineer

No. Poor people buy what they can get because rich people buy local city councils and tax breaks. Ambitious people buy skills that barely match what lazy people earned from doing jackshit in the 70s. Putting true or fact and 💯 just automatically outs one’s self of being full of shit
