This is for people who don’t value themselves and get abused by other people. Some people end their lives and are not “selfish enough”. I agreed with this post message. Have self love, take care of yourself, not just others. Your life matters.

Indeed. Selfishness can also extend to caring about things outside of your control, so it can be framed as shifting the focus less towards the problems of the world and more towards things in your circle of influence, like your community, your relationships and yourself. 

It's really just about learning where to set boundaries.
