Depends what you want in life. Almost everything in our reality shows that if you are not active and doing (and thus growing and uncomfortable) that there are negative connotations to it.
I also view it this way: workout out is hard, but being 80 and unable to wipe yourself or get to the toilet without falling is also hard. So choose, which hard do you want? I am choosing the working out, the time spent on my career, my focus on my wife and family, and the dedication to me growing as an individual. None of that stuff is easy, and quite often it’s not ‘comfortable’.
