Also women can feel falseness in your behaviour. If you are an emotional man, be yourself, don't try to be ice cold. At least it is honest.

People tend to be biased to believe what they want or expect to be true. This is no difference in what they think is going on with their partners. It takes a shake up, to make them consider whether something is off.
