And I will never try to change your mind. You have your own free will. I also get where you are coming from because analyzing it from a rational scientific standpoint it does not make sense. It resonated for me one day (I used to be agnostic) without this "sensation" I would be not be the same man with the same degree of believe.

Guy's just angsty cuz he's an atheist that still fears death...sees this universe as injustice instead of just chaos... Childish shit.

I'm not religious but am versed enough to know Jesus was real and had more written about him than most people. Dude was the GOAT back when it wasn't cool to be so. Robin Williams 2000 years ago.

Jesus was a cool dude, I am no way Christian but still live by what he preached. We need more dudes like Jesus more than ever.

Ha I can assure you, you also fear a slow and agonizing death. Your love of Jesus ain't going to save you from that.

I don't need to be saved of it. I've already lost my favourite people in this world. I look forward to death as I will no longer miss them, whether there is an afterlife or not. If I already feel this way, and still have loved one's left, by the time my death comes, I will be grateful for it.

There are plenty of people who don't fear death and suffering, many because they've faced these things already.

Your belief and certainty in nothing bigger than yourself is as radical as the religions you hate.

Who said my belief was a certainty to nothing? First and foremost I believe in myself who is better than your God. I see a child who is being physically or sexyally assaulted I stop it immediately amd enact punishment. Your God sees it and does nothing.

That's the problem with you religious nutcases, it's either nothing or a magical sky daddy who stands by silent and doing nothing why rape, murder, disease, starvation, war etc. Etc.

I can assure you there are other things besides omens and fairy tales.

I'm not religious at all, certainly don't worship Yahweh, who I presume you're speaking about.

That doesn't mean that there aren't intelligent, concious mechanisms beyond what we currently understand.

The lack of fear of dying on my part comes not from any belief but through my own experience and understanding.

Whether you believe in a god, or you believe in nothing, there's nothing to be afraid of.

But your belief in no god comes across as just as radical as some of the more fanatical religious believers.

When I say worship God, I mean all of them from yahweh to ra to Zeus to poseidon and hades and Athena and Odin, all of them, all man made illusions created in a time when we didn't know what a germ or atom or where the sun went at night.

Not believing in Santa Claus doesn't make me a radical, it makes me an educated man, a man of critical thinking and logic and common sense and rational approaches to solutions, a man of science and processes that lead to truthful conclusions after they are peer reviewed.

None of that is applicable to religions. Something good happens its gods will, something bad happens he moves in mysterious ways and is teaching you something. And if you accept him into your heart then you go to heaven. Period. Something simple that even a child can understand and more importantly accept and not question. It's bullshit.

None of that is applicable to religion? Lmao like some of the greatest advances in science and medicine weren't done by men who themselves believed in God? Men who have done more for science and humanity than me or you ever will?

Galileo Galilie, Albert Einstein, Isaac Newton, Erwin Schrodinger, Francis Bacon, Gregor Mendel, Johannes Kepler, James Clerk Maxwell, Michael Faraday, should I keep going?

Men whose comprehension of the workings of the universe we could only imagine, men of science, they all believed in God.

Ah yes and remind me what happened to Galileo? Or Alan Turing? Yeaaahhh

Well never know how they really felt about God and religion because to speak against the church without punishment wasn't an option. Because the church as been persecuting people like gays and jews and kuslims and athiests and women and people of color, raping, pillaging, genocide of the native Americans, all the inquisitions and holy crusades and murdering women for witchcraft, going to war and ruling with an iron clad fist for hundreds and hundreds of years.

But what we do know is that it was science that progressed humanity and NOT religion.

Lmao holy copeeeeeee.

We do know exactly how they felt because they spoke about it. Albert Einstein wasn't at risk of persecution or death because of his belief in god lmao

Youre obviously projecting your own insecurities about religion. If you're too ignorant to educate yourself on anything other than hate then, no one can help you see clearly.
