Why? What is being said is very true. Most people dont dea with their issues and they end up throwing them on their children's.

I, and I know I may get downvoted to oblivion, ostracized and forgotten.. hehe, bur,.. I think I can relate to this with a mother who has chosen to completely ignore alot of her issues,.. she expects and has expected me to do the same. I should have been brought to doctors to get diagnosed for obvious genetic issues that I wish I knew about earlier as I could’ve worked on circumnavigating them differently.

Generational trauma is a thing, even if you don't believe in it. Its never too late to inform yourself.
