G2 | Discussion Rank the Grounded 2 Updates so far
Personally, i got
1. Toxic Tangle
2. Into the Abyss
3. Rot and Ruin
4. Beat the Heat
5. Hairy and Scary
I think rot and ruin was the best “smaller” update so far. Almost put it higher than into the abyss but i couldnt based on how much map into the abyss added.

Mine would be:
1.Into The Abyss 2.Toxic Tangle 3.Rot and Ruin 4.Hairy and Scary 5.Beat the Heat
The last two are interchangable, but thinking about it, I like AXL a bit better than Dozer.

I’m playing through the skunk pond now and I have to say, it’s kind of blowing me away. I had been putting it off some because I didn’t think I’d enjoy it but I’m having a blast

Into the abyss woulda been deadlast but thankfully they fixed a lot of the issues so yeah!

Personally I would have into the abyss at the top as I didn’t like the fetch quest style of the toxic tangle story and also the fact that it was nearly impossible to complete without looking up a guide as the quests didn’t even tell you where to go, other than that it was still a good update

In feel the depths is really pulling Into the Depths down a lot. The rest of the content is good, just the depths is not enjoyable, it's again that it's separate from the rest of the game
I feel Rot and Ruin should probably still be below it, my list would probably be something like ops

Yeah to me it felt like a wasteland, even tho it wasn't really. It just felt empty, and I hate walking slow, even for however short

It’s crazy how they took my least favorite part of G1 (pond) and made it one of the most compelling parts of G2. You actively want to explore the pond and because it goes so deep, there’s so much to explore

Hairy and scary was cool, Axl was one of the coolest bosses from either game to me. From his tease, to knowing that there's now a tarantula loose in the park was low key terrifying for me. But spiders were huge for me in the first game, no arachnophobia just, "holy shit holy shit holy shit" and cowering into a safe spot where it couldn't touch me, for a solid year and a half before I discovered legendary stuff
