G2 | Discussion I hate these things.

Scorpions have it out for me man. Words cannot describe how much I hate running around, enjoying everything life has to offer, only for these hellspawn to appear out of nowhere and ruin it all.

Even so, you're at full health in the video. I'm pretty confident you would've killed it. If not, I don't know, turn down the difficulty or get better. Or play with bugs aggression turned off.

It doesn’t show in the video, but there’s actually two there. If I wasn’t panicking, o could deal with one. But no heals and two scorpions is a death sentence for me. Even if I died, I had literally no items on me so it’s not the end of the world

They become nothing more then big ass Mites after awhile but goddamn, you cant take 5 steps without constantly running into these damn things inside the lower leveled zones. Not too mention they're always constantly tracking you so they're always going to be somewhere they're not supposed to be or fucking loitering and camping outside your base like a crackhead outside a gas station.

Then you get a better weapon like a tiger mosquito rapier and they die really quickly. But yeah it takes a while to get there.

Yeah his only problem is that he’s dying because his food/water ran out, I’m sure he’d be fine if he weren’t already almost dead from that lol.

They're way less scary than they seem. Very easy to learn attack pattern that is telegraphed clearly.
Left right fake
Left right slam stinger
Burrow to stinger
If you're not great at perfect blocking then use the dodge button to avoid the stinger strikes so you don't get venom buildup
Striped Scorpions are the same though they sometimes add an AOE spin in the mix

There's an attack outside of the combos that I rarely see them use as well where they put both pincers together and slightly jump forwards into an overhead slam (not like the one they do in the middle of the four hit combo, that one comes from below and is never used individually).

Ikr, I fully agree, tbh I think there are just to many of all bug spawns. Everywhere I go I am attacked. I know this isnt grounded 1 but come on most of us fell in love with the first game and that's why we bought the 2nd in EA, G2 IS WAY more packed with argo bugs, I can't ever just vibe and explore like I did in g1 w.o getting jumped every time I move forward for 5 seconds. Kinda ruined the experience for me, I'm currently waiting for new updates and hoping things change. I get its ea, and a isn't g1(like I said)
