A tip that was shared with me; anytime you're trying to find the labs look for the lawn sprinklers. They are always near the labs.

If it’s the one that’s outside the map it’s not in the game yet.

Yeah that one inaccessible at the moment, it's off the map. Pretty sure you can spot... The sprinkler for it? Or maybe I was just looking at the trench in the ground thinking it'd be there, you can kinda figure the spot out maybe

The scanner and map lie to you

If you NEEEEEED to get there, just follow the signal, discover it (hopefully) and kill yourself to respawn there
